Important Statement
Grants will not be considered in educational areas for which funding is not currently available.
Grants must be submitted 45 days prior to the program start date, otherwise the request will be automatically non-funded.

  • Letter of Request on letterhead
  • Budget Schedule (xls)
    • Please note that we will also accept the standardized budget template found on the Alliance for CME website
  • Proposal (doc)
  • Agenda and/or List of Topics (drafts accepted)
  • Program Brochure (drafts accepted)
Satellite Symposia- additional requirement
  • Letter of Acceptance and/or Approval from the sponsoring association
